Her work brings together writing, analysis, marketing, visual presentation, proposal development, and business support, with a strong focus on audience, goal, and response.
Writer & Content Specialist
Heidi Beneduci
Heidi holds a terminal Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and brings substantial experience in professional and creative writing.
Her work has been published in a magazine and an anthology, she has co-authored a book, and she writes an ongoing blog. She has also developed website content for Mercari Consulting clients, contributing expertise in voice, storytelling, audience connection, editing, and clear, persuasive communication.
Operations, Project Coordination, Photography, Graphic Design & Healthcare Support
Chelsi Williams
Chelsi holds a master's degree in organizational leadership with a graduate certificate in nonprofit administration.
She brings strong skills in organization, spreadsheets, administrative operations, workflow coordination, document management, and project support.
She currently works in an administrative role with Carilion Clinic and brings extensive experience in the veterinary field, giving her a practical understanding of medical terminology, client care, sensitive communications, and healthcare-related operations. Her education and professional experience also provide a strong foundation in project coordination and management.
Chelsi studied photography and graphic design and contributes visual composition, original photography, and image organization to client projects.
Chelsi is also the artist behind Mirror Imagery , where she creates original artwork and brings firsthand experience in visual presentation, branding, and developing a creative small business.
Technology Support & Cybersecurity
Kory Williams
Kory supports computer systems, hardware, and technology troubleshooting, with a focus on cybersecurity.
He monitors the website for bugs, vulnerabilities, malware, and potential attacks, helping keep it secure and running smoothly. He is also an accomplished photographer with a strong eye for composition, detail, and visual storytelling.
Administrative, Client Service & Project Support
Tori Thomas
Tori brings experience in administrative support, customer service, claims-related work, fraud-related operations, retail supervision, and team coordination.
She previously worked in an administrative capacity with Carilion Clinic and has also held customer-facing and operational roles with Macy's.
She currently works as a cashier manager at Lowe's, where she supports employees, customers, daily operations, and problem resolution. Her strengths include organization, communication, client support, attention to detail, and keeping busy workflows moving smoothly.
